Papers will be selected on the basis of abstracts which should contain the following information:

  •  Title of paper
  •  Full name of authors and affiliations
  •  Proposed topic/subtopic for the paper
  •  Addresses, e-mail, telephone and fax numbers
  •  Name of the prime author or contact person

The author(s) should also indicate whether the papers are being proposed for an oral or a poster presentation.

The abstracts should outline clearly and precisely the major interests and novelty of the papers.

Abstracts should be submitted by 18 March 2005 to ESA Conference Bureau and may be submitted via the on-line submission form.

For changes after your abstract submission please use your USER ID and password to access the following page.

Authors will be notified of the decision of the programme committee by 15 April 2005. Authors whose papers have been accepted will then receive instructions for the preparation of their full-length paper.

The Proceedings of the Symposium will be published on CD-ROM by the ESA Publications Division a few weeks after the meeting.
