VIRGO DATA NOTES

27-Apr-2023. This bundle contains daily and hourly mission-long VIRGO TSI series, including older version (Version 6.5 and 7), maintained and released under the former PI of VIRGO, Dr. Claus Fröhlich (1936-2019).
Starting with Version 8, the VIRGO TSI series have been corrected for sensor degradation using a new algorithm based on machine learning and data fusion (see Finsterle et al.: The total solar irradiance during the recent solar minimum period measured by SOHO/VIRGO.
