G04-0050 1311 Telemetry outage due to RFI - lost 3 minutes of 
telemetry (includes VC3) - unrecoverable.  DR# M102280
G04-0051 1500 sh5ws1 crash - cause unknown - workstation unavailable 
for use for 15 minutes.

G04-0052 1640 Unable to provide support due to TCP failure - Unable 
to provide support for pass, 50 minutes of telemetry recovered from 
SSR, 545 minutes of pass commanding & telemetry was covered by DSS27, 
unable  to collect ranging data for pass.  DR# G104025

G04-0053 1639 (Cfgmon) fullhealth_tx2 started due to degraded data - 
additional incorrect cfgmon running during pass, no impact since
