ANNOUNCEMENTS
-------------
- Roger Bonnet, ESA Director of Science, will be visiting the EOF/EAF
on Tuesday.
- The Hubble people in offices adjacent to ours have seen substantial
amounts of water coming through the roof. Our roof should be safe,
but keep a lookout for small leaks.
- The maneuver on February 22 is still on, but no fuel estimates yet.
FOT REPORT
----------
Spacecraft Status: Nominal
Spacecraft Anomalies:
034/0142 CEPAC ESU Data Request Error. Recovered autonomously on-board.
Accomplished Activities:
033: VIRGO, RSL, New tracking star, mag = 5.75
034: VIRGO, CELIAS, Flight S/W Maint.
035: VIRGO, SWAN, CELIAS, Noncoho load
Planned Activities: VIRGO, CELIAS
Upcoming Operations: 2/8 Off-pointing Maneuver
Ground Anomalies:
034/0858 Lost 2 min 30 seconds of unrecoverable data, and
received 5 minutes of degraded data, due to an
unexplained drop in the downlink signal strength at
D66. TLM cleared up once D63 put data on line.
034/1155 D66 was unable to support scheduled pass due to a
failed down converter. MDI continuous was broken
as all data was recorded on the SSR. Lost 235
minutes of real-time TLM and 229 minutes of commanding.
034/1531 D16's PA tripped off and needed to be reset.
Delayed commanding activities 11 minutes.
035/2200 AOS with D46 was 31 minutes late due to a failure
of their X-axis hydraulics. Interupted the MDI continuous
period as the spacecraft was placed into record. Lost
31 minutes of real-time data and 35 minutes of commanding.
036/0021 Lost 4 minutes of unrecoverable TLM from D46 due to
a LNA failure.
