The problem seems to have been corrected, and the files are now
arriving.
* Maintenance on the UPS-20 system schedule for today has been
cancelled.
* Maintenance on the UPS-15 system will be performed on September
27 from 9AM until 4PM. No impact to operations is expected.

Ground Anomalies:
264/0113 All DPS products (VC4 quicklooks, LZP files, and
EOF deliverables) failed to be delivered since
DOY 264.
265/0001 Command transmission errors delayed the uplink of a
SWAN load 24 minutes.
265/0238 Received degraded TLM from 0125 to 0352 due to a
LNA failure at D46. Lost data is unrecoverable.
265/1346 Lost TLM from 1346 until 1350 (3 minutes 39 seconds);
cause unknown. Lost data in unrecoverable.
265/1352 Received degraded TLM from 1352 to 1354 (2 minutes
14 seconds) due to a line failure at JPL.
266/0232 Transmitter failure at D46 due to a failed coolant
pump. Lost command ability, and range data, from
0232 to 0450 (2 hours 18 minutes). Lost
unrecoverable TLM from 0231 to 0234 (2 minutes
18 seconds).
266/2006 Lost TLM from 2006 until 2008 (1 in 55 seconds) due to
RFI. Lost data is unrecoverable.
266/2136 Lost TLM from 2136 to 2137 (1 minute 22 seconds)
due to a SCP failure at D16. Data should be recoverable
from the CDR.

CDS: Nominal. Full sun scan is running today and may be repeated
tomorrow due to sketchy data. Polar plume study plans TBD.
CDS plans to do mapping and a sunspot study on active regions
in the south.
UVCS: Nominal. 24 hour synoptic. Tomorrow: north polar coronal hole
study in the north and mini-synoptic.
LASCO: Nominal. C2/C3 synoptics.
EIT: Nominal. 195 CME watch and synoptics.
MDI: Nominal. Full disk magnetograms and dopplergrams.
TRACE: Nominal. Observing AR 9620-9621.
