SOHO Daily Meeting Minutes for Wednesday 09 June 2004 ANNOUNCEMENTS ------------- * Due to a National Day of Mourning in conjunction with President Reagan's funeral on Friday, the SOC office will only be staffed after 17 UT that day. The daily meeting on Thursday will therefore cover the weekend. We will also have the weekly meeting on Thursday. If there are daily meeting minutes sent out from MEDOC on Friday, they will be forwarded during the day. * Note that TRACE may want to load the plan for the weekend and Monday on Thursday, so any requests/pointings should be in by tomorrow morning. * The current RHESSI default target is AR10621. When selecting this target to maximize coordination w/others, use campaign number 6850. * Visitors are expected in the EOF Thursday after 3 p.m. and Friday 12:15-1 p.m. FOT REPORT ---------- Spacecraft Status: Nominal, except TR is powered on Spacecraft Anomalies: None Accomplished Activities: Venus transit ops, RSL Table Planned Activities: Venus transit ops (Tape Recorder turn off) New tracking star (6.3 mag) Upcoming Operations: 16 Jun - 3 Jul (HGA Keyhole operations) 22 Jun (Stationkeeping/180 deg Roll Maneuver) Ground Anomalies: 160/1257 - Degraded data; High bandwidth use from SPC-60 (72 minutes, recoverable) 160/1453 - TM/TC Dropout; D16 antenna Y-axis hydraulics failure (3 minutes TM loss, recoverable from SSR; 4 minutes cmd outage) 160/1533 - TM Dropout; D16 swapped ranging receiver (1 minute, recoverable from SSR) 160/1845 - SSR repointed to wrong address during record for Venus transit (No impact) Other: SOLAR STATUS ------------ 06/08 DOY 160 - 06/09 DOY 161 EIT daily On-Line Solar Status and observations: http://umbra.nascom.nasa.gov/eit/plan/log_form20040609.html LASCO daily On-Line Solar Status and observations: http://lasco-www.nrl.navy.mil/observations/Todays_obs.html Web Page for Planning: http://www.bbso.njit.edu/arm Magnetic Maps and Heliospheric Forecasts: http://www.lmsal.com/forecast/ Venus images from SST: http://vt-2004.solarphysics.kva.se/webim/sebim.shtml INSTRUMENT STATUS ----------------- CDS: Nominal.
