SOHO Daily Meeting Minutes for Monday 30 March 2009 (DOY 089) Prepared by: Emily Zamkoff ANNOUNCEMENTS ------------- * SOHOFTP will be transitioned to a new server on Monday March 30th. We expect the transition to be immediate but will be testing SOHOFTP services throughout the day so users may experience intermittent outages. * EOF switch configuration changes will be made tomorrow and Thursday. * Beginning on March 30, 2009, users will begin to be notified via e-mail that their smartcards (PIV II badges) are set to expire. Users will receive e-mails 90, 60, 30, and 15 days prior to smartcard expiration. Users will then receive e-mails each day following the 15-day mark until they submit a smartcard renewal request via the Identity Management and Account Exchange (IdMAX) system. Joe Gurman will receive an email every day that a user doesn't renew after the 15-day warning, so make sure you renew on time! * RHESSI default target, http://solar.physics.montana.edu/hypermail/mmmotd/ HINODE operations, http://www.isas.jaxa.jp/home/solar/hinode_op/ STEREO operations, http://stereo-ssc.nascom.nasa.gov/plans.shtml * SOHO has reached the next round of NASA's Mission Madness contest.
