SOHO WEEKLY MEETING MINUTES for Week 15, April 6-12, 2009 Prepared by: Emily Zamkoff 1. Announcements ---------------- * Beginning on March 30, 2009, users will begin to be notified via e-mail that their smartcards (PIV II badges) are set to expire. Users will receive e-mails 90, 60, 30, and 15 days prior to smartcard expiration. Users will then receive e-mails each day following the 15-day mark until they submit a smartcard renewal request via the Identity Management and Account Exchange (IdMAX) system. Joe Gurman will receive an email every day that a user doesn't renew after the 15-day warning, so make sure you renew on time! * FOT has transitioned to new staffing schedule as of Sat 07 March. Weekends will be unstaffed and weekday staffing will be approximately 8 AM - 5 PM GSFC local time. * At the end of the month, anyone who wants to connect to SOC/TLM needs to give us their IP address or else they will not be allowed to connect.
