SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS: (see Note 3) 2.1 as soon as possible after SVM Initial Checkout. 2.3 can start anytime after 2.2, must be done before 2.9. 2.4 should be at least a day after 2.2. 2.5 should probably be immediately after MCC2. 2.6 should be on the same day as 2.5. 2.7 should be one day after 2.9. 2.9 should be at least a day after 2.8. 7. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: (see Note 4) 2.1 requires coordination with FOT, several 20 minute periods of VC2 2.2 requires several 20 minute periods of VC2 2.3 can be done by background queue commanding and may be spaced over many days. 2.5 & 2.6 require several 20 minute periods of VC2 2.9 only needs NRT-d and VC2 for < 30 minutes at the beginning. 8. SUCCESS CRITERIA AND/OR EXPECTED OUTPUT: MDI functionally validated first with door closed, then again with sunlight after opening the front door; bake-outs completed. 9. Several hours per day, with NRT commanding and some periods of VC2 data, are needed. MDI must have stable pointing with minimum disturbances for most of this time. Offset pointing or roll maneuvers could be done at other times during these days, as long as pointing returns to nominal and stable. MDI is not yet ready to take advantage of offsets or rolls for its own calibration purposes, so we would prefer to see them start a few days later. MDI could make jitter measurements of disturbances any time after completing ISS performance tests (now at 16 01:30).
