   Note: after completion of this block VIRGO will perform daily
   time-tagged telecommanding for normal operations, to be performed
   by FOT. This will not affect ECS scheduling. (see comments in timeline).
   Coordination with FOT required.

   VIRGO functioning verified, ready for calibration

NOTE: BLOCK2 involves test of redundant operation, check with Froehlich

BLOCK2.1 -- OPEN COVERS, TEST CROM

     23 & 14:00 # PROC20: Open covers and test DIARAD, PMOA & B, put them
;			in operational mode from here on;
;			open covers and test SPM A & B, close covers again;
     23 & 16:45 # PROC17: LOI commissioning 2nd part:
