For emergencies, page the OE on call:

  Send an email to soho-2way@mail.nascom.nasa.gov 
  with the subject line of [PAGEOE]
  and then a message below that will get passed onto the FOT

For non-emergencies, email the FOT:

  Soho-ops@mail.rio.nascom.nasa.gov
