There will be a CNE Network outage from 22-04 UT this evening.

What is affected.
------------------
- Distribution of QKL and REL files to 'off-site" IWS machines (i.e.  umtof).
- Communications going out into the Internet (e-mail, web browsers, 
  telnet, ftp, etc.) WILL be affected.


What is NOT affected:
---------------------
- Command capability.
- Real-time telemetry distribution and  
  distribution of QKL and REL files to "on-site" IWS machines.
  ( cds8, erne, mdisas, mditlm, seal, sumop1, swan, uvcs6)
- Connections to MEDOC, via the dedicated line.
- Communications between the EAF and EOF.
