Engineering study which performs the following operations:

1) Configure heaters 7 to 12 to their eclipse settings

2) Set heaters cycle time (100 seconds)

3) Turn all structure heaters *** ON ***

Instructions to planners:

1) Run default_htrs1_6 
2) Run default_htrs7_12 
3) Run regeng015 (trace dump) to verify the heaters setting when needed
