TARGET: AR at the limb

DESCRIPTION: This study is used for calibration of line width by using the
visible light coronal emission lines of the same Fe ionization. Fe X,
Fe XI, Fe XIII, and Fe XIV lines are the lines to be compared. Hot
lines for flares are also contained.

1"slit, FOV: EWxNS=180"x512", 3" step, 60 raster positions, 50sec exp.
