Study 000233: ACRONYM: Romano_v2 Note: Modified to use DPCM This study is designed to observe wide regions of the solar disc waiting for eruptions of active region filaments. Spectral windows are selected to be able to retrieve a sufficient number of spectral lines with wide temperature coverage. The exposure time is selected in order to obtain useful data during the quiet and active phases of the filament life. The goal of this observation is to study the mass motion in the upper layers of the solar atmosphere, to do plasma diagnostics and to obtain information about the emission variations related to the activation processes. SLIT : 1" STEP SIZE : 1" EXPOSURE TIME : 10s FOV : 360"x512" TIME REQUIRED : 1hr 14m 47s REPEATS : 19 times DATA RATE : 35 kbs TARGET: Eruptive filaments WARNING: None
