ACRONYM: PRY_footpoints_HI

This study is a further version of PRY_loop_footpoints and
PRY_footpoints_v2, but has a much enhanced data rate. It is intended
for a special campaign where EIS is given a greater share of the
Hinode data recorder.

To achieve the high data rate, the field-of-view in solar-Y has been
extended from 240 pixels to 512 pixels. The line list has been
slightly tweaked from PRY_footpoints_v2 to add in extra lines.
