ACRONYM: qs-dynamics-small

This study should be run in areas of quiet Sun, plage and
moderately active regions (e.g. a decaying AR).
Well developed ARs and coronal holes should be avoided.
We are looking for small-scale, short-term variation of
quiet sun structures primarily in the cooler EIS lines.
It should be run together with qs-dynamics-large_1.def
which procuces a larger context scan for the small
scan in the same spectral windows.
