ACRONYM: PRY_slot_context_v2

A slot context raster covering 520"x512". This is a general purpose
raster suitable for quiet Sun and active regions. The lines cover a
wide temperature range and include the Mg VI 269 and Si VII 275. The
Fe XIII 203/202 density diagnostic is also included.

Compared to PRY_slot_context, this routine is heavily compressed
(JPEG50), contains less lines, and covers a smaller area. This reduces
the data rate down to about 12 kbits/s.
