Study 000297: Acronym: kpd02_qs_rast_55 This study consists of a single raster that uses the 1" slit and 60s exposures times. The slit is rastered in 1 arc-sec increments over an area of 56 arc-sec with the profiles read out over a length of 256 pixels. The study is intended primarily for the quiet Sun. It contains a reduced but comprehensive set of spectral lines that should be practical for operations during reduced telemetry but still provides a large temperature coverage as well as density diagnostics. The width of the raster is designed to fit between SAA traversals. Similar studies have been run in the past so that the best use of this program would be to implement an extended time sequence of rasters that are manually placed between the SAAs.
