ACRONYM: PRY_footpoints_HI2

This study is designed for a HOP where EIS receives 50% of the DR
allocation. The HOP is for measuring active region outflows, and EIS
should be pointed towards loop footpoints.

Care should be taken to ensure some quiet Sun is observed somewhere
along the slit in order to get a reliable wavelength calibration.
