ACRONYM:  arm_loop_ne_slit

This raster(id: 148) is part of the study arm_loop_ne (study id: 176). It
was designed for the density measurements in loops but we plan to use it as a
sit and stare support for our eclipse study in polar regions. We ended up in choosing
this in a trade off between the good signal and high cadence required during the 
short eclispe duration.

Polar region. some portion of the slit(atleast 50 pixels) should be on disk and
the slit should be placed inside the region scanned by the small raster

For this Eclipse plan, the studies should be run in the following order:

* Run PRY_CH_density - once before the eclipse
* Run arm_loop_ne_slit - during the eclipse
* Run PRY_CH_density - once after the eclipse
