Study 000488: ACRONYM: HIC_SCAN_58X512V1 This study is designed for fast scans in the core of an active region in support of the Hi-C rocket flight. Hi-C will make very high spatial resolution observations in the 195 band. These scans are designed to provide spectroscopic diagnostics for interesting features within the Hi-C field of view. The field of view selected here is 58"x512". To cover this area within the time of the rocket flight a 15s exposure time and 3" steps are used. TARGET: Active Region EXPOSURE TIME: 15s RASTER: Scanning SLIT: 1" FOV: 58"x512" RASTER DURATION: 6m17s VOLUME: 9.6 Mbits RATE: 25 kbits/s COMPRESSION: JPEG85 The Fe XIII 202/204 and Fe XII 195/186 density sensitive line pairs are included.
