Study 000516: ACRONYM: eis_tornadoes_sns_n This study is intended to take sequences of exposures with the slit crossing the solar tornado to obtain information on the temporal evolution of its dynamical properties. observing mode: sit-and-stare slit: 2"x256" compression: DCPM exposure time: 50.0s number of exposures: 70 duration: 1h3m33s data rate: 8.5 kbits/s data volume: 32 Mbits number of lines: 9 Pointing: ------- preferably: prominences above the WEST solar limb, or filaments on disk Instruction to planners: ----------------------- 1) Run context study (eis_tornadoes_scan_n, ID #515). The slit should be located in the middle part of the main sit-and-stare (this study) observation. 2) Run this study; eis_tornadoes_sns_n. The Slit to be located at the centre of the context (as in step 1). The number of raster repetitions: 6-8 (subject to TM availability). It is recommended that this study is "chained" to the context in step 1 so they should run back-to-back. 3) Run context (as described in step 1). Again preferably chained with the SNS study (step 2) Warning: -------- None
