Study 000526: ACRONYM: fe13_eruption This study is designed to capture the fast outflows seen during filament eruptions. Plasma can be ejected at speeds up to 600 km/s requiring very wide wavelength windows. This study contains only Fe XIII 202.04 and 203.82 so that the density of the ejected material can be measured. The windows are offset to the blue side of the lines. The study should be run continuously for several hours. Do not stop the study for SAAs. Duration: 1hr 1min Slit: 2" Type: sit-and-stare Y-size: 512" Exposure time: 20s No. of exposures: 160 Duration: 37m13s Data volume: 51.2 Mbits Data rate: 13.8 kB/s Compression: JPEG95 Pointing: -------- Center of an active region that is showing flaring activity and exhibits a filament. Instruction to planners: ------------------------ The study should be run continuously for several hours (no interruptions from SAAs). Point at the footpoints of bright loops seen in the AIA 171 channel. Adjust raster repeat subject to TM availability. Use PRY_slot_context_v3 (ID 353) as a context study (before and after this study run). Warning: ------- None
