Study 000597: ACRONYM: CH_FunnelFIP HOP-400 study. The aim of the study is to track and analyze the open magnetic funnels in an on-disk coronal hole from the photosphere to the low corona, using coordinated observations of BBSO/GST, IRIS, and Hinode. The Hinode/EIS data will be used to derive FIP ratio maps, outflow maps, and density maps in multiple layers in the transition region and low corona. High-FIP elements in this study are O and S, low-FIP elements Fe, Si, and Mg. The total scan size shall be 400"x512". First, 200"x512" shall be scanned using the raster CH_Funnels_FIP, then, in the centre of the coronal hole, a 5-minute 2"x512" sit-and-stare shall be performed with a full-CCD read-out, and finally, the final 200"x512" shall be scanned with the raster CH_Funnels+_FIP. Due to the extensive line list and resulting large data volume, the off-limb allocation for EIS should be requested. Point this run such that it extend to the centre of the of the CH (including its boundary region to the quiet-Sun) 2) Append Study ID 576 (Acronym: HPW023_FULLCCD_V2s2). Point to the centre of the CH 3) Append this study again. Point to remaining portion of the CH. Note the two scans (200"x512" each) should cover (400"x512") of the CH. Warning: ------- High data volume. The off-limb additional TM allocation for EIS should be requested for HOP-400.
