The symposium registration fee covers:
- Abstract book and other conference material
- Proceedings
- Welcome reception (7 May)
- Refreshments during breaks and poster sessions
- Excursion (10 May)
- Conference dinner (11 May)
- Wireless Internet access
The registration fee for accompanying persons is a contribution to the excursion and conference dinner, and should therefore also be paid by participants who bring an accompanying person and only attend the Reunion; they are invited to the welcome party as well.
A special registration fee of 100 Euro has been set for those attending only the "SOHO reunion" on Thursday, May 11. We hope they will also join us for the excursion, planned on Wednesday afternoon.
