Minutes of EOF status meeting ------------------------------ 16.Dec.95 prepared by CELIAS/H.Gruenwaldt 1. All experiments turned on now, after yetserdays turn-on of CELIAS. General note from individual inquiry: no specific anomalies. SUMER: Commissioning of most mechanisms (>75%) successfully done. The door is open again. With commanding there was one command loss (among 800), with uplink cut off before successful resent. GOLF: Checked mechanisms in different modes. Activities to select detector discriminator thresholds. Golf in safe mode now. LASCO/EIT: EIT door reopened. Thermal zone control initiated. C3 door closed. One commanding anomaly observed. ERNE: Switched to nominal observation mode. All parameters in expected range. COSTEP: Nominal observation mode. All parameters as expected. LION: Switched on yesterday. One of the telescopes still has increased leakage current, is switched off now for investigation. CDS: Behaving nominal, in Standby mode. Running a bit cold asking for substitution heater on for today. CELIAS/MTOF: Switched on yesterday, HK nominal. Door opened at second try. C/STOF: Switched on yesterday. All HK as expected. Temperatures within good range near prediction. C/CTOF: Still waiting for turn on (now postponed to day 20). 2. DSN: Plan of contacts up to Christmas day given. Request noted to provide further long contact beyond MCC@ since a lot of activities have been shifted. 3. S/C, MCC2: Thruster action planned to take place between 4.-7.Jan.96. Assessment for up to about 10 days may/will require command activities with high priority within this time. Limited experiment activity possible.
