FOT REPORT: ~~~~~~~~~~ (given by Rich Kavanaugh) - S/C is "fine" - new guide star, M2.9, no SEUs - many ground problems yesterday: * Lost command and telemetry on low band width line from JPL. About 17 Min. lost ; 15 anomaly reports written. * Despite delays, all planned activities were finished. * Overnight POCC problems with VC4 data - cause:TBD - Roll stability: as before 24 arsec spikes - Contact period will start early today (~16:00, Goldstone) because XTE launch rescheduled to 30 Dec. FDF REPORT: ~~~~~~~~~~ - to work out contingency plan for possible interference of XTE launch date with MCC2 date (4.Jan.). With penalties 5.- 9. Jan. possible. INSTRUMENT REPORTS: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ LASCO - C2 camera has been checked out. - expect to open C3 door today; G.B. stressed that stable ground link is needed today EIT - CCD has been baked out and cooled to -62 deg.
