Quicklooks have been requested. 3) Thursday 7 am EST local (11 UT) - power outage in EOF for 1 hour. BOTH PDU's 15 and 16 affected since they are working on a UPS that feeds into both PDUs. Stellar (121 Tau) observations yesterday, CME watch today, instrument studies the rest of the week LASCO: Nominal. Synoptic. CME yesterday mid-day, fortunately had a high cadence (20 min) C2 set as well as synoptic during the CME. Today, continuing synoptic plus high cadence equatorial C2 observations EIT: Nominal. Synoptic + 195 CME watch. Saw CME in NW in yesteday's 195 movie (~15:00-23:00) very slow. The 304 image on 16-Jun @19:29 show a spectacular eruptive prominence as part of the CME. Today from 08:00-09:00 saw a nice eruptive filament extending from the north coronal hole in 195. Support JOP 60 yesterday and polar plumes today. MDI: Nominal. Continuing dynamics program, full disk + hi-res dopplergrams SOLAR STATUS: AR 8502 just past central meridian PLANNED SCIENCE ACTIVITIES: ICAL 001 has been moved to Monday, June 30 due to a number of scheduling conflicts with the various instruments.
