FOT REPORT ---------- SPACECRAFT STATUS: Nominal S/C ANOMALY SUMMARY: 196/1759 - Single DMA failure over 1 format ACCOMPLISHED ACTIVITIES: RSL, VIRGO, SWAN, CELIAS, TM Submode 6 -> 5 PLANNED ACTIVITIES: RSL, VIRGO, Extra VC2 collection GROUND SYSTEM ANOMALY SUMMARY: 196/2119 - TM Dropout, cause unknown (15 sec, recoverable) 8/31-9/04 Maneuver Activities (Gyro Cal, Roll, MM, SK, RW4) STATE OF SUN ------------ Extremely quiet on-disk. AR rotating into view on NE (some signature here in EIT 304 is probably Si emission). Coronal holes at middle latitudes still visible. INSTRUMENT STATUS ----------------- CDS: Nominal. Today: JOP067 on W. limb. CDS continued normal activities during yesterday's Submode switch. There were no anomalies. CDS will try this again on Friday. SUMER: Nominal. Today: AR remnant offlimb. UVCS: Nominal. Today: JOP067 at ~1.9 Rsun, W. limb. LASCO: Nominal. Today: JOP067 (C2 coverage on both limbs, 20 min. cadence) continuing through Friday afternoon. EIT: Nominal. Continuing CME Watch in 195A and executing pre-bakeout detector calibrations. MDI: Nominal. Flat-field upload is completed. Running post-continuous calibrations (i.e. interferometer testing), then quasi-full-disk (no S. pole) campaign. AOB: None
