She'll be here part time in the mornings for the next month or so, then start working full-time on SOHO. So say hello and introduce yourself to her. Limb monitoring. Non-thermal broadening obs at NW prominence. Tomorrow and the next few days sunspot observations of the sunspots around the large active region. SUMER: Nominal. Today; Prominence obs in NW. Coronal density diagnostics JOP51. Tomorrow: Explosive events collaboration. JOP51 again Rho Leo observations late Friday night. UVCS: Nominal. Synoptic continues. They observed Rho Leo continuously for 8 hours yesterday. Today will observe Rho Leo again closer to the disk. Mechanism calibrations later in the week LASCO: Nominal now. They had an anomaly last night and rebooted. 3 hours of data lost. All is running fine now, continue with synoptic program. EIT: Nominal. 195 Angstrom CME watch. JOP51 MDI: Nominal. Did magnetogram movies with morning contact. Due to longer SSR dump today, will not start Mt. Wilson until later today.
