Stezelberger (LASCO) DOY: 084 ANNOUNCEMENTS ------------- Harry Warren (NRL) will talk on Dopplershifts (outflow) in Coronal Holes observed with SUMER. There will be some interesting new results presented. AOB --- From Joe Gurman: In order to install a new 10/100 Mbps Ethernet switch, we need to power down the FDDI-Ethernet switch to which several of the EAF hubs are attached. This will result in the loss of network services to some or all of the machines in the EAF. Since this work will result in an outage anyway, we would also like to take the opprotunity to place all of the EAF/SDAC networking equipment on UPS's. The entire operation should require less than 45 minutes, and we propose to carry out the work this evening (Wednesday, 1998 March 25) starting at 5:30 PM. Please let Joe Gurman or Amy Skowronek know if this time/duration is unacceptable.
