If instrument teams do not need to command during 23:40 to 01:00 UT the FOT will send some dummy commands on DSS-16. * There is no plan to run JOP 119 on Monday or Tuesday. FOT REPORT ---------- Spacecraft Status: Nominal Spacecraft Anomalies: None Accomplished Activities: 098: VIRGO, SWAN, RSL Acquired new tracking star, mag = 7.9 Acquired new tracking star, mag = 7.5 Switched control star, mag = 7.1 099: VIRGO 100: VIRGO, SWAN, FSM Planned Activities: VIRGO, Acquire new tracking star, mag = 7.9 Upcoming Operations: DOY 102: Acquire new tracking star, mag = 7.15 Ground Anomalies: 098/1329 PA failure at D66. Lost ability to command for 112 minutes. Delayed pass activities ~ 2 hours. Brought D24 up early for support, and released D66 35 minutes early. 099/0800 Clock correlation output was invalid. 099/1602 D54 antenna halted track. Lost ability to command for 23 minutes. Lost TLM for 11 min 23 seconds, unrecoverable. Lost MDI-M data from 1602 to 1614. Lost MDI-H data from 1753 to 1801, due to coherency switch. Ranging not performed from 1602 to 1758 (1 hour 56 min). 100/1030 Late AOS due to D66 originally being declared RED. AOS was 3 hours and 43 minutes late. Lost approximately 5 hours and 23 minutes of MDI high rate data. Lost 4 hours of commanding time on D66. SOLAR STATUS ------------ SOLAR ACTIVITY FORECAST: SOLAR ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO BE MODERATE OVER THE NEXT THREE DAYS, WITH A FAIR-TO-GOOD CHANCE FOR ADDITIONAL M-FLARES FROM REGION 8948.
