SOHO Daily Meeting Minutes for Tuesday, 08 August 2000 Chaired by: J. Hollis (SOC) Notes by: Barbara Thompson (EIT) DOY: 221 ANNOUNCEMENTS ------------- * There is a new calendar request form linked from the monthly calendar (http://sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov/soc/head_calendar.html). Follow the link where it says: "Please send updates to: soc@soc.nascom.nasa.gov or use the new calendar request form." The goal is to make it easier for campaign coordinators to pass information to the SOCs and may cut down on the number of questions back and forth through e-mail. See if you like it -- and send any comments to the SOCs. * Handy reference: Mees Solar Observatory data search & active region summaries: http://www.solar.ifa.hawaii.edu Click on "all data search" FOT REPORT ---------- Spacecraft Status: Nominal Spacecraft Anomalies: None Accomplished Activities: VIRGO, SWAN Planned Activities: VIRGO, RSL, New control star, mag = 5.8 Upcoming Operations: None Ground Anomalies: None SOLAR STATUS ------------ NOAA SOLAR ACTIVITY FORCAST (UPDATED 07 AUGUST 2000 AT 22 UT) SOLAR ACTIVITY FORECAST: SOLAR ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO BE LOW.
