SOHO Daily Meeting Minutes for Thursday, 11 October 2001
ANNOUNCEMENTS
-------------
* Due to technical problems, the real time images from EIT/LASCO
may not be updating regularly on the web, but fits files should be
available as usual through image_tool. Also, the SOHO Summary data are
available as usual through http://sohowww/data/latestimages.html.
The latest EIT images can be retrieved through http://umbra.nascom.nasa.gov/
* Maintenance will be performed on the UPS-20 system today
from 9AM until 4PM. No impact to operations is expected.
* Main router will be rebooted around 12:30pm local time today.
* There may be a fire drill this week.
* SOHO web pages will be inaccessible due to system maintenance on
the ESA servers, starting Friday and ending late Saturday.

* Commanding schedule for next week:
Monday - Command before 14 UT or after 19:30 on D27.
Tuesday - Command from 15:10-15:40 UT, or on D27 from
16:30-18:30 UT, or after 19:30 UT.
Wednesday - Command from 16-19 UT on D27 or after 19:30 UT.
Thursday - Command before 14 UT, from 15-15:30 UT, or after
19:30 UT.
Friday - Command after 16:30 UT.
Saturday - Commanding is good all day except for a 30 minute
gap at 15:50 UT.
Sunday - Command after 16 UT.
NOTE: No commanding is available from 14-15 UT any day.
CAUTION: Commanding on DSS27 is not recommended.

CDS: Nominal. ICAL, engineering studies, particle beam study on
AR 9653, and off-limb coronal study in the south. Tomorrow:
probable CME watch on the northeast limb.
UVCS: Nominal. Coronal hole observations in the north and synoptic for
today and tomorrow.
LASCO: Nominal. C2 and C3 synoptics.
EIT: Nominal. 195 Angstrom CME watch and synoptics, ICAL.
