TimeTags for time-tagged commands for switching down the heaters TS2,3,4 which are now at 70, 50 and 70% (TS2 and 3 are switched in steps of 10% and TS4 in steps of 20%). The times are chosen not to interfere with VIRGO time-tagged commands (they are 1,2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2,1,2,3,4,5,4 hours before the last PMOA open command for a given day).
