SOHO Daily Meeting Minutes for Tuesday, 20 November 2001
ANNOUNCEMENTS
-------------
* Solar physics colloquium at NRL: "Detection of Singly Ionized Helium
in the Solar Corona" by Frederic Auchere (USRA/GSFC), 2pm Tuesday
November 20, Building 209, room 247. Remember security at the front gate
(no problem for U.S. citizens).
* All OCD's for the week must be in by Wednesday at noon.
* The weekly meeting will be on Wednesday. No daily meeting
on Thursday. A SOC will be here on Thursday until 3pm, and
Friday all day.
* Due to overheating problems in Building 26, SDAC machines may be
shut down at times. This problem will continue as long as the
chilled water supply is not available due to construction work.
* There will be a change to the fuel tank thermal heater settings on
November 20, 2001. The upper and lower control temperatures will
go from 18 and 23 degrees C, to 20 and 21 degrees C, i.e. a narrowing
of the controlled interval. The purpose of this is to make thermal
excursions of the propellant system smoother, without changing the
mean temperature. We expect no impact to instruments.
