311/0655 Invalid time-stamp from 0655 until 0809 due to a
TGC problem at D66.
311/1706 Received degraded TLM from 1706 until 1814, cause
unknown. Lost data is unrecoverable.
311/2249 Invalid time-stamp from 2249 until 2257 due to a
TGC problem at D27.
311/2301 TLM lost from degraded TLM (1706-1814) is
unrecoverable due to an ODR failure at D27.
312/1005 Invalid time-stamp from 1005 until 1012 due to a
TGC problem at D27.
