* All visitors coming to Goddard now must go through the
Visitors Center to get badges instead of the Main Gate

014/1820 Single DMA failure over 1 format.
Accomplished Activities: RSL, VIRGO, CELIAS, SWAN, CEPAC S/W upload,
New Guide Star (6.5)
Planned Activities: VIRGO, Return CEPAC to Observing Mode
Upcoming Operations:
Ground Anomalies:
014/1540 Uplink problem. Unable to lock on receiver 1. Excitor problem.
46 minute delay in activities.
014/1706 Wayward echos. D16. 2 commands successfully sent to s/c,
but no echo block from station.
015/0435 18 minutes degraded TM. D46. SCP problems. Recoverable.
