Any lost data is unrecoverable. 032/1900 MFR at D16 faulty and subsequently declared "orange." Lost TLM from 1900 to 1940, and received intermittent TLM from 1958 to 2015, all recoverable from D27. Received sporadic TLM from 2024 to 2032; any lost data is unrecoverable. Lost 2 hours of range data and 93 minutes of CMD ability. 033/0147 D16 unable to reacquire 1-way downlink following an end-of-pass coherency swap, cause unknown. Lost (0147-0154) and D46 (0154-0210). 033/0045 IRTS-3 failed, investigation into problem pending. No data was forwarded to the EOF or DPS between 0045 to 0203.
