ECS system problem that is now fixed. The problem also prevented

Ground Anomalies:
059/0907 Degraded TM until 1340. D66. Reason unkown.
059/0915 4.5 hrs invalid range data. Ranging receiver problem.
060/0645 1.5 min TM dropout. 6 min lost commanding. D46. Transmitter tripped
triggering STD MON 30.

SUMER: Nominal. Will do a coronal hole full spectrum in the south west
with UVCS.
UVCS: Nominal. Coronal hole observations in the south west (10hours) and
synoptics (14 hours) today and tomorrow.
LASCO: Nominal. C2 and C3 synoptics.
EIT: Nominal. Today 195 Angstrom half resolution CME watch and synoptics.
Tomorrow JOP138 support with 171 Angstrom half res CME watch.
MDI: Nominal. Continuous contact full disk magnetograms and dopplergrams.
TRACE: Nominal. Today JOP 137 on AR 9357. Tomorrow - JOP137 and
JOP138 on AR9359.
