SOHO Daily Meeting Minutes for Monday, 12 March 2001
FOT REPORT
----------
Spacecraft Status: Nominal
Spacecraft Anomalies:
069/0720 Hung EIT Sector Wheel Motor. Power to the LEB was
cycled, per Contingency Script L-03, 18 minutes
after initial detection as an uplink had to be
established using D46. Other impacts unknown at
this time.
069/0739 ETE1 and ETE4 violated red high limits. These
violations occurred just after the power to the LEB
was cycled (see previous anomaly). As a result,
the LEB was reset, per Contingency Script L-02.
Other impacts unknown at this time.
NOTE FROM SOCs: The indication seen was that the EIT Sector Wheel
-------------- Motor had hung. However, this indicator can be triggered
by other EIT mechanism anomalies. In this case, it was
the shutter that was stuck. The action taken by the
FOT was correct for either case.
071/0411 CEPAC ESU Data Request Error. CEPAC's onboard
software autonomously recovered after 4 minutes.
Accomplished Activities: 068: VIRGO, SWAN, RSL
New control star, mag = 7.1
New tracking star, mag = 4.9
069: VIRGO
070: VIRGO
Planned Activities: VIRGO, CELIAS
Upcoming Operations: None
Ground Anomalies:
068/1742 Late AOS as D27 had difficulty acquiring the
downlink. AOS was 2 minutes late. No data loss as
D65 was still up in support.
070/0900 Late AOS from D66 due to TGC failure. AOS was 4
minutes 25 seconds late. No data loss as the
spacecraft was in record at the time.
