Data recoverable from DPS. 227/1900 Unable to receive monitor data from D16 for 7 hours 20 minutes due to a LMC failure at the site. 227/1937 LMC and SCP failures resulted in TLM outages from 1937-1940 and 1941-1943 (total of 4 minutes 37 seconds), 2118-2137 (18 minutes 43 seconds), and 2213-2216 (2 minutes 48 seconds). Lost data is partially recoverable from the CDR. Lost CMD ability for 1 hour 52 minutes. D46 brought up early for support in place of D16. 227/2236 Lost uplink to RCVR 2 due to over-modulation by the exciter at D16.
