ANNOUNCEMENTS

* RHESSI Major Flare Watch target for today is AR 0069; target
for tomorrow is AR 0069.
* SPWG on Friday at 2 p.m. in EAF - Please check the SOHO Calendar
and notify the SOCs of any additions or corrections.
* Commanding times for next week:
Monday - D66 until 17 UT then D27.
Tuesday - Gap until 14:25 UT then good stations all day.
Wednesday - Commanding is good all day.
Thursday - Commanding is good all day.
Friday - Commanding is good all day.
Saturday - D/L only station from 15:20-16:40 UT but good stations
before and after that.
Sunday - Commanding is good all day.

UVCS caught two flares from AR 0069 yesterday and today.
INSTRUMENT STATUS

CDS: Nominal. Extended effects of flares study, Major Flare Watch,
Flare Build-Up and Energy Release in AR's study. Tomorrow:
loop study, Major Flare Watch, extended effects of flares
study, post CME watch on AR 0069, engineering.
SUMER: Nominal. Yesterday SUMER's door was opened and detector A was
powered up. Star observations will begin late this evening.
UVCS: Nominal. Major Flare Watch support and mini-synoptic today and
tomorrow.
LASCO: Nominal. C2/C3 synoptics, JOP159, Major Flare Watch, supporting
extended effects of flares study.
EIT: Nominal. 195 CME watch and synoptic, Major Flare Watch,
extended effects of flares study.
MDI: Nominal. Full disk magnetograms and dopplergrams, Major Flare Watch.
TRACE: Supporting extended effects of flares study, Major Flare
