SOHO Daily Meeting Minutes for Thursday 20 November 2003 ANNOUNCEMENTS ------------- * We have created 3 campaigns for the 3 MFW targets. Below is a summary of the campaign numbers and targets: JOP153 Major Flare Watch (#7005) (main target): AR10508 (former AR10486) JOP153 Major Flare Watch (#7010) (alt. target): AR10507 (former AR10488) JOP153 Major Flare Watch (#7000) (alt. target): AR10501 (former AR10484) Campaign 7000 started on Thursday 13 November 2003. Campaign 7005 started on Tuesday 18 November 2003. Campaign 7010 started on Wednesday 19 November 2003. Please use the correct campaign in your IAPs (NOTE: The previous minutes had the active regions for 7005 and 7010 switched). * SPWG in EOF after the daily and weekly meetings tomorrow. * We can expect to have episodes of degraded data until about Sunday due to SOHO being in the exteme position of its orbit. * Helicopters will be hovering above GSFC at 1000 ft for infrared imaging of buildings in the time span 19-21 November to determine rooftop water collection points. Flyovers will also be made at nighttime. * Commanding times for next week: DSS-27 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Monday - SVM done on DSS-66, NRT available on DSS-16 and DSS-46. Tuesday - Gap 10:45-13:10 UT, then DSS-27 all day. Wednesday - Gap 11:50-14:20 UT, then DSS-27 all day. Thursday - Gap 13:20-14:10, then DSS-27 all day. Friday - Gap 11:50-13:15 UT, then overlapping stations. Saturday - Gap 17:15-18:40 UT, longest pass after 18:40 UT. Sunday - DSS-27 all day.
