Operations Constraints ------------------------- *DSN Schedule: Monday - Command before 14 UT, after 20 UT, or from 18-20 UT on DSS-27. Tuesday - 14-15 and 16-17 UT no NRT due to SVM reserved activities. Commanding is available at 15 UT and after 17 UT. Wednesday through Sunday - Commanding good every day 3.
