Maintenance on the UPS-15 system will be performed on September 27 from 9AM until 4PM. No impact to operations is expected. * SPWG will be at 1pm, not 2pm, on Friday 28 September. 2. Operations Constraints ------------------------- * Commanding times for the week Monday - Command before 17 UT or on D27 after 18:30 UT. Tuesday - Command after 17 UT. Wednesday - Command between 17 and 19 UT or on D27. Thursday - Command between 17:30 and 18:30 UT on D27 or after 19 UT on D16. Friday - Downlink only station from 16-18:30 UT. Saturday - Commanding is good all day. Sunday - Command before 16 UT or on D27 from 16:30-18:30. Can command after 19 UT on D16. 3.
