Announcements ---------------- * X-Panel heater changes end on Monday. * Weekly meeting will be on Wednesday. * All special requests and OCD's for the weekend must be in by Wednesday at noon. * There will be a SOC in the EOF on Thursday * There will be a change to the thermal heater settings on November 20, 2001. The upper and lower control temperatures will go from 18 and 23 degrees C, to 20 and 21 degrees C, i.e. a narrowing of the controlled interval. The purpose of this is to make thermal excursions of the propellant system smoother, without changing the mean temperature. * HESSI launch has been delayed until after Jan 24. 2. Operations Constraints ------------------------- * Commanding schedule for the week Monday - Command between 15 and 16 UT on D27 or after 19 UT on D46. Tuesday - Command between 15 and 16 UT on D27 or after 19 UT on D46. Wednesday - Command all day on D27. Thursday - Commanding is good all day. Friday - Command for only a few minutes in the morning on D27 or after 19 UT on D46. Saturday - Command before 18 UT on D27 or after 19 UT on D46. Sunday - Command on D27 all day. 3. UVCS: Coordinated observations with Ulysses through Wednesday, joined by CDS on Tuesday. Coronal hole study begins on Thursday. Star observations are planned for Friday and Saturday.
