FOT turns UVCS on using the following interactive TSTOL
                  procedures: Duration ~ 15 minutes

K_SET_EXP_MAIN (configures COBS for UVCS-A Side ON) ~5
                  minutes.

X_EXP_PREP_ON (configures SOHO for UVCS ON condition, turns off non-
op heaters). The instrument and electronics unit are now deprived of all
                  heat. ~5 minutes

                  U_FL_PWRON_PR (turns UVCS A-Side ON) ~3 minutes

Telemetry point UIPWA (total current draw) should go to values between
~1.0 and 2.1 Amps (varying due to heater chopping). If this does not
happen an Emergency Response might be needed. This would require
the FOT to power UVCS back off using TSTOL U_FL_PWROFF, followed by
re-setting the UVCS substitution heaters circuit #84 (the telescope
structure) to 70% and Circuit #85 (the remote electronics unit) to 100%.

20:00 - 20:30	NRT-d for UVCS

UVCS then completes the re-start via NRT commanding procedures.
Approximately 4 hours will be required to restore UVCS to a safe condition,
and that NRT period MUST begin within 30 minutes of the UVCS turn-on.
More time beyond the 4 hours will be needed to restore UVCS to full
                  operation.

20:30 - 20:45 SVM Reserved

               * CDS substitution heaters (circuit #62 and #63 should be
