Instructions for Changing CMS in EOF when FOT change strings:

Go into SOC office to socop1 machine.

Make sure nobody is commanding.

Maximize ecs@soctlm1 window from bottom minimized windows list.

Type one of the following on the command line:

switch2cms4
switch2cms5

Note the time and the command sent in the log book.

Type "sock" and verify that the connection worked.

On the dock interface at the top, click on Command. This will bring up the
command session window. On the left corner or that window, click on Windows 
and select Command Status Display. This will bring up the status window. 
Don't worry about it if you can't get the displays up properly.
